TrollDental and LM Instruments’ EcoAct Campaign returns for 2011

It's back again for 2011! Finland's popular silicone-handled LM Instruments are once again running their environmentally inspired EcoAct campaign to reuse and recycle old and worn dental instruments. This offer is exclusive to TrollDental.

Offering a substantial 30% discount on new LM Instruments as an incentive, dentists are encouraged to send in their old unwanted hand instruments, any brand and in any condition.

The entire range of LM Instruments are available only through TrollDental and feature exceptional quality DuraGrade steel and comfortable, ergonomic silicone coated handles.

Instruments of reasonable quality and sterilised, sharpened and made available for use in dental projects in developing countries via various charities and humanitarian organisations. Previously, instruments have been sent to Tonga, Indonesia, East Timor, Cocos and Christmas Islands, Vietnam, India and Nepal.

Those instruments which are past their useful life as dental instruments find new homes with various artisans and technicians from the region for a small donation. Donations this year will be forwarded to Operation Cleft, a Victoria based charity supported by Rotary, which funds cleft palate operations in countries such as Bangladesh and Laos.

For more information on how you can participate or for an LM Instruments catalogue, pricelist (valid from October 2010) and LM EcoAct order form, contact our friendly team at TrollDental on 1800-064 645. Boxes for returns of instruments can also be provided on request.
