CareDent launches website for dental professionals

CareDent has launched its new e-commerce website dedicated to dental professionals located at www.caredentprofessional.com.au.

The website showcases the company’s complete oral care range, including personalised products, new InterBrush, toothbrushes, floss and special deals. All current CareDent customers will automatically receive an online account and will be emailed their new log-in details. New customers can download a credit application form from the website and will be emailed online account log-in details once their form is processed. Once logged into the website, all pricing, including special deals and seasonal offers can be viewed. Practices can browse products, add them to their shopping cart and order straight away in one seamless process. Shopping cart contents can also be saved for easy re-ordering and the product search feature will make finding specific items or brands easy. Invoices can be paid online with just a few simple clicks. CareDent catalogues can also be viewed on the website or a hard copy can be requested. A Live Chat facility on the website will allow questions to be answered in real-time during office hours and, as always, the customer service team will be available to help over the phone.
